Thanks to opinions, points-of-view, upbringing, culture, and all of the other variables that make up people’s lives, the perception of Christianity has become rather amorphous. Many systems of faith and sets of beliefs that claim to follow Christ have come into being. This faith is swarming with denominations and division. True faith in Jesus Christ requires following Him and trusting His teachings. If people truly have that faith and are genuinely following Jesus, then they will all be moving in the same direction. So this page that you are reading – this thing that you have stepped into – is meant to be an echo of Jesus’ voice. You are reading the writings of a person who is honestly striving to follow Jesus in spite of personal bias, brokenness, and limited abilities.
Paul still represents one of the greatest models of what a disciple should be in this world. His words in Galatians 2:20 are the inspiration of “Zombie by Faith”:
“I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And this life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”
